In the 13 full days of training, the diagnostic-therapeutic pathway for prosthetic rehabilitation will be analyzed based on modern knowledge, according to the principles of Prof. Slavicek and Dr John Kois.

The course aims to provide a guideline that can be shared with the dental technician, as a prerequisite to achieving the final objective. The training course includes theoretical and practical steps.
Teaching involves the Aesthetic & Functional area together with the implant prosthetic rehabilitation. The aspect of prosthetic retreatments management can be the key success of the majority of the prosthodontist’s treatments. This part will be examined in depth because it represents the real challenge for the dental staff. To optimize learning, each student can select a case to be treated and discussed in the Interactive Session.

The training includes individual Coaching sessions to achieve the Soft Skill, necessary for professional, business and relationship performance. This session will be done by the expert Coach with Extended Disc certified methodology.

The project also includes the Management Session to optimize the dental office business.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

The course intends to teach the learner in a 360-degree way on functional, implant-prosthetic and aesthetic bases.

At the end of the course the participant will have gained an interdisciplinary vision with which to approach the different clinical cases and the skills to solve the most complex cases: the real challenge for every prosthodontist.

The course further wants to provide guidelines for the dentists-dental technicians: a fundamental combination for the ultimate success.

During the training, the participants will also improve their “soft skills” for a better approach with the patient and the management of the relationship with him in the long term.

Ultimately, they will get the essential managerial skills for the management of the study.
